Charging Procedure Update

Following new power consumption regulations requirements, there are important changes with chargers operation. To reduce power consumption of connected chargers, they are automatically switching to ‘sleep’ mode if no load is detected.

This means, that for new DPVs the charging sequence will change.

For all current scooter models, first connect the charger to the scooter’s charging port and only then plug the charger into a power outlet. Connecting the charger in a different order may prevent the charging process from starting.

Please note that for older scooter models (2017–2020), the procedure is different. In these cases, first connect the charger to mains (electric socket) and then connect the plug to DPV charging port.

Please make sure these procedures are followed at all times to ensure safe and reliable charging.
